18+ and over

Welcome back to the second part of the Let It Snow photo post. If you missed the first part then please check it out HERE. Kristina and I left Las Vegas one morning and headed up to Mt. Charleston to try and capture some beautiful images. Heading up the mountain we came across “the lodge”. I have no idea what its actually called, that’s just what I named it. However we didn’t shoot there, we shot across the street. If you know what is there then you already know. If not, then you need to get on a need to know basis, Hah!

So here we are at our location and we wasted no time. We began shooting instantly. The location was a little sketchy for me, especially since there were a lot of people over at the lodge celebrating something. Every once in awhile we would hear a cat call from a distance. It was still a blast to shoot though.

On the backside of the location was an interesting looking dirt road that still had small patches of snow scattered around it. Located on the south end of the road was a rusted over ladder that had been sitting there for God knows how long. The simplicity of the this location is amazing. A little shrubbery and a dirt road can go a long way.
